Ribu is the Director Brand and Communication for Amadeus Labs India. In her current role, she is responsible for the entire gamut of Communications for the India Site - steer the Comms and Brand ship, with an increased focus on external brand building, thought leadership and CSR. Under her leadership, the Comms and brand team has expanded the external communications portfolio to help make the Amadeus Labs brand bigger than before. She also has the added responsibility of managing the D&I charter for India.

An avid reader, she speaks 6 languages and is a passionate Toastmaster (served Karnataka and Kerala District as Area Director). Having done a certification in Coaching, she is now practicing to be a Professional certified coach (PCC).

Prior to Amadeus she has worked with leading multinationals like McAfee (former Intel Security) AXA, Symphony Services, AOL, and LG Software. She has played an instrumental role in building these brands in India.

She holds a degree in Journalism, Psychology and Literature from Christ University, a Masters in Communication from Bangalore University and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
