Atty. Nena D. Radoc is a CPA-Lawyer-MBA, with over 30 years of work experience in financial and general management positions garnered from diverse industries. She is presently the Senior Vice President and CFO of Bases Conversion Development Corporation (BCDA), a government instrumentality involved in development projects on former military bases in the Philippines.

She is concurrently the chair of the committees involved in the disposition and privatization of major assets and projects of the company, particularly in New Clark City (NCC), BCDA’s most ambitious project to date.

In this capacity, she makes sure that the projects align with the company’s vision for NCC to be the first smart, green and disaster-resilient city in the Philippines. Atty. Radoc has also worked as CFO of various companies, mostly American multinationals, where she got exposed to global best management practices. She has attended foreign trainings and seminars in the US, Australia, Japan and Singapore, including the Harvard course on Infrastructure in Market Economy.

Atty. Radoc is also a member of various professional organizations in the Philippines, like the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and Philippine Institute of CPAs ( PICPA).
