Mr.Singheadsone of the foremost NGOs in the Philippines. Heattended Chiang Kai Shek College, where he earned a degree in B.S. Accountancy in 1994..For his post graduate education, Mr. Sing finishedhis Mastersin Business Administration at De La Salle Universit,His career started with mostly auditing jobs in privately-owned companies like Phoenix Consultingand Ever Electrical Mfg., Incwhere he became aSenior Auditor in the late 1990s.

In 2001, Dr. Lucio C. Tan, a well-known Asian philanthropist, tapped Mr. Sing to be part ofTan Yan Kee Foundation, Inc., the CSR arm of the Lucio Tan Group of Companiesthat includes business in banking, airline, property development, brewery, water, wine and liquorand livestockamong others.

Mr. Sing rose from the ranks from Administrative Officer to Foundation Head.in 2015. Underhis stewardship, the Foundation’s program has developed from a charitable organization to a socially responsible institution with sustainable projects that help prepare the protection and security offuture generations of Filipinos. He ensures that the Foundation meets the environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards of a company through provision of quality services and care of its employees and beneficiaries.

An advocate of sound business management founded on ethical standards, Mr. Sing has also been a volunteer Accreditation Evaluator of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) for over 15 years. For his valuable contributions in promoting professional and quality management of NGOs, he has been awarded Outstanding Evaluator four times.

Mr. Sing is a Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist, having taken and passed the course conducted by the National Center for Sustainability Reporting in 2017 in Singapore.
